MARKET

Currently, our target market is the Midwest of America. We seek out markets with strong apartment fundamentals and moderate cap rates, assessing things like employment, supply, GDP growth, multifamily rental and occupancy trends, and more.

CRITERIA

We examine underperforming multifamily properties for potential returns on our investment through a value-add process. 

We search for properties that are below market value, which allows us to add value with renovations and amenities. 

This approach helps us to appeal to more renters at higher prices and maximize the property’s value at sale time, allowing us to achieve greater returns.

At our company, we only invest in properties that fit our investment criteria. For each prospective asset, we perform an underwriting assessment and comparable analysis, as well as a comprehensive asset and market study.

Once completed, these assessments help us make informed decisions about where to invest.
